Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DTFGSA, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality gang sheet building services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

1. Digital Gang Sheet Files

Our gang sheet builder produces digital files (PNG, PDF, TIFF) that are delivered electronically. Due to the digital nature of these products:

• Before download/generation: You may cancel your order at any time before the gang sheet file is generated and receive a full refund.
• After download/generation: Once the gang sheet file has been generated and made available for download, we generally cannot offer a refund, as the digital product has been delivered.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors: If the generated gang sheet file is corrupted, unreadable, or does not match the specifications you selected (sheet size, resolution, format).
• Service failure: If our system fails to generate or deliver the file after payment has been processed.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Unauthorized transactions: If the charge was made without your authorization.

3. When We May Decline a Refund

Refunds may not be available when:

• The file was successfully generated and downloaded as specified.
• You are dissatisfied with the design or layout you created yourself (as the builder is a self-service tool).
• Your uploaded designs were low quality, resulting in a low-quality output (the output quality depends on the input quality).
• You changed your mind after the file was generated.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

• Include your order number, the email associated with your account, and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If we offer subscription-based plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

6. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by proceeding with the generation and download of a digital gang sheet file, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the service and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly first, as we are committed to resolving issues promptly.
